Continuing my education, I earned my Associates Degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College in 2012. Advancing further, I completed a Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing in 2015 at Walden University. Throughout my entire nursing career, my primary focus has been in Family Medicine. I began my career in a local Health Center, initially working as a staff nurse. As a Registered Nurse, I ventured into the field as a home health nurse and then transitioned to become the owner of an allied health school that trained CNAs, MAs, Phlebotomists, and Pharmacy Techs. After completing my master’s program, I opened my independent practice as a Nurse Practitioner before deciding to attend Medical School three years later. Currently, I am a fourth-year medical student at Washington University of Health and Science.
