Hi there,
I'm a play therapist who uses art, sandtray, pretend play, and board games to help kids and teens cope with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, family conflict and trauma.
I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially for kids. That's why I make it my goal to create a safe and fun space where kids can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I believe that play is a powerful way to heal, and I use it to help kids explore their emotions, learn new coping skills, and build self-confidence.
If you're looking for a therapist who can help your child or teen through a difficult time, I'd be honored to talk to you. I'm here to listen, support, and guide your child on their journey to healing.
If you're interested in learning more about play therapy, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd be happy to answer any of your questions.
