How do you work with clients with relationship issues?
Working with clients who have relationship issues can be challenging because relationships are complex and unique to each individual. I understand that relationships can bring both happiness and sadness, and there is no one right way to approach them. Sometimes, it may be necessary to end a difficult relationship, while at other times, finding new ways to interact with the person can lead to personal growth and improvement in the relationship. I will work with you to identify your thoughts, values, and desires to help you make decisions that work best for you. If needed, we can also engage in relational skills training. It's important to remember that even with the best communication skills, conversations can still be difficult and hurtful. My approach is tailored to your specific needs, and I will support you in finding ways to navigate your relationships in a way that is authentic and comfortable for you.
You are exhausted from constantly holding things together, even when everything inside is falling apart. You're overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from your relationships, and questioning beliefs that once felt certain. These struggles can leave you anxious, burnt out, and unsure of who you are or what comes next.
That’s where reaching out to a professional can help.
