For people that are hesitant to try therapy, what do you wish you could tell them?
I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, especially when cultural stigmas and societal pressures make it hard to seek the support you need. I want you to know that this time around you don’t have to feel alone in navigating your feelings, experiences, and life’s challenges. I believe that every person is capable of healing when given the right support by providing a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space for your personal reflection and growth.
First and foremost, I want to congratulate you on taking the first steps towards investing in your personal growth. If you came across this page, the most important thing for you to know about me is that I am deeply committed in supporting my clients regardless of their race, class, immigration status, religion, or gender/sexual identity. I aim to meet you where you're at and support you in making the changes you want in your life.
I work with couples and individuals from 11-80 years old who have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. I use an integrative approach with clients while also primarily employing Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
If you have any questions, I am available for a free consultation at (424) 237-8649. I look forward to connecting with you.
