We are a Complex Trauma psychotherapy group. We specialize in treating Complex PTSD, Anxiety and Depression using strategies that work! We utilize EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory for Trauma, Internal Family Systems,DNMS, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. We love treating trauma at their core. We don't believe that talk therapy works and so we include the body and the central nervous system in our treatments. We also work with dissociation. We love what we do!

I hold medical licenses in both North Carolina and Massachusetts and possess certifications that enable me to prescribe specialized treatments, including controlled substances and Suboxone.
