How do you work with clients with anxiety?
When working with clients who experience anxiety, I focus on creating a calming, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe to share their concerns. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and manage anxious thoughts, alongside Mindfulness-Based techniques to cultivate relaxation and resilience, tailoring strategies to each person's unique needs and experiences.
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, personality disorders, stress management, schizophrenia, or other mental health challenges? I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can feel. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. Using a blend of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered approaches, I am dedicated to delivering care that is personalized to your unique needs.
