From social media to global crises, there are a great deal of forces influencing how we see ourselves. It is normal amidst all of this change to feel anxious, depressed, hopeless, and overwhelmed. Therapy can help these parts of you feel seen and heard free of judgement or shame. Together, I hope to help you foster coping skills, boost self-confidence, set and meet goals, and improve the relationship you have with yourself and others. You are not alone in what you are facing. I will work with you to compassionately tend to the parts of you that feel like they are suffering in order to help you create a path forward.  My passion is helping individuals reconnect to themselves and the world around them. To take care of our minds is to take care of our physical and spiritual health.  I have a special interest in serious illness, life transitions, palliative care, caregivers, women’s health, infertility, grief, and how nature and the outdoors can promote mental well-being. I love hiking, running, kayaking, and being with animals. Attention to the outdoors, physical movement, and the mind-body connection informs my clinical work with clients when appropriate. I graduated from The Silver School of Social Work at New York University as a Zelda Foster Palliative and End of Life Care fellow. I previously worked at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I helped patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff navigate the complexities of serious illness and palliative care.
