Why did you become a therapist, and what motivates you to continue?
I became a therapist because I’ve always been passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of life, especially when it comes to mental health. Witnessing the impact that mental health struggles can have on individuals and their loved ones inspired me to dedicate my career to making a difference. What motivates me to continue is seeing the transformation in my clients—the resilience they build, the breakthroughs they experience, and the positive changes in their lives. Every day, I am reminded of the power of therapy to create lasting healing, and it’s that sense of purpose that drives me forward. My goal is to continue providing compassionate, evidence-based care to help people find hope, balance, and well-being.
