Karina Sweitzer, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy to teens, young adults, adults, and families. She has experience across community-based settings, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, family stress, and life transitions. Karina brings a trauma-informed lens to her work and practices with cultural humility, taking into account how family systems, community, identity, and environment influence emotional wellbeing.
Karina works with clients to build practical coping skills, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and increase confidence in managing difficult situations. Karina values creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to take part in their own growth. She offers both daytime and evening appointments to support accessibility for students, working professionals, and families.
