How can you provide care remotely?
Some people also find it helpful to feel safe at home, and have access to their pets during sessions. I provide a peaceful environment through having a warm background without distractions.
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Has worry has taken over? If you find yourself constantly overthinking, worrying about the future or what others think of you, or if you’re struggling to adjust to a big change in your life - I can help. I specialize in working with young and middle aged adults who constantly worry, feel overwhelmed, overthink, feel anxious in social situations, and are having trouble adjusting to changes in their life. I have experience in helping people learn to manage anxiety, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate healthy relationships.
