I view therapy as a gift that people give to themselves. Even if you do not feel this inside, the statement you make by attending therapy is “I matter”, “I am important” and “I deserve to have and live a life that feels good”. I guide adults in living happier, healthier, more fulfilled and joyous lives. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 1988. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Pepperdine University in 1986. Before opening my counseling practice, I spent over a decade providing counseling services and groups to adults, teens and children in various social service agencies. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional. I believe that we all have the ability to live a fulfilled and balanced life. I help people access their strengths and guide them in making choices to bring about this healing and balance. I have seen such amazing growth and transformation in my clients. It is a privilege to work with them. I am based in Longmont, CO, but through my exclusively online counseling, I am available to see adults throughout Colorado and Florida.
