I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC with a multi-state license (FL,MT,AZ,WA, and more). My philosophy centers on holistic care, addressing immediate crises and the entire person. I am dedicated to educating others on the vital importance of mental health, equating it with physical health in its significance. Our clients benefit from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT and DBT. I specialize in Cognitive and Dialectal Behavior Therapy treatment methods (CBT and DBT). I provide treatment for medication management, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, panic attacks, and addiction/substance abuse. The first session is an initial evaluation, which includes developing a treatment plan. Subsequent sessions include medication management and ongoing assessment of treatment effectiveness. We provide virtual and in-person treatment sessions .(* NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES THROUGH TELEHEALTH) TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: As a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my approach to patient care centers around compassion and collaboration. I believe in treating each person as a whole, considering their unique experiences and needs. I engage actively with my patients, ensuring they feel heard and involved in their treatment journey. My core values include empathy, respect, and integrity. I use evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans, combining medication management with various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients can thrive and reclaim their mental wellness.
