I advise individuals to keep an open mind. Every individual is unique and may require a different approach or therapeutic technique. Be flexible and adaptable in therapy, and be willing to learn and grow. You we will establish a strong therapeutic alliance. The relationship between the therapist and the client is a crucial factor in the success of therapy. We will work on building trust, empathy, and understanding with your clients to create a safe and supportive environment for healing.
One of the most important factors in therapy is the connection created between the client and therapist. Building a trusting foundation can be a critical component in an individual’s therapeutic journey. I thrive to give my clients a healing and nonjudgmental safe space that guides them through their challenges. It is my hope to help clients overcome their obstacles, gain insight, and celebrate their accomplishments they have achieved in therapy. My main goal is to create a therapeutic space to collaborate and work with my clients on overcoming and resolving life challenges or issues. I help my clients gain insight, improve their connection with others, and to deal with life stressors. In my work I treat mental health issues, problematic behaviors, relationships conflicts, and much more. It is your time for rise above your challenges, put yourself first, and become dedicated to your wellbeing.

Take a deep breath. Lean in, even if it feels scary. The truth is, growth often starts in the most uncomfortable places—and showing up for yourself in therapy is a powerful act of courage. You don’t have to dive into your deepest wounds on day one. Therapy isn’t about rushing the process; it’s about building trust, finding rhythm, and creating a safe space where you can be—messy, curious, guarded, open, or anywhere in between. Not every therapist will be your person—and that’s okay. Fit matters. You deserve to work with someone who gets you, challenges you, and walks alongside you with compassion and clarity. That’s why I always recommend a free 15-minute consultation. Use that time to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and feel out whether it’s a match. It’s a low-stakes way to dip your toe in before making a bigger commitment. Even if therapy has felt disappointing or painful in the past, don’t write it off altogether. Like any relationship, this one takes time and intention to grow. If after a few sessions something isn’t clicking, speak up. Good therapy is collaborative, and adjustments can often be made to better meet your needs. Choosing to step into therapy—even when it’s uncomfortable—is a radical act of hope. And hope is a muscle that gets stronger the more we use it. You are capable of change. You are worthy of support. And no matter how long it takes, you don’t have to walk that path alone.
At Path to Growth Therapy, I’m dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and uncover tools and strategies to foster growth and reduce symptoms. Therapy with me is a space for reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful transformation—a stepping stone to real and lasting change. My approach is straightforward and strengths-based, grounded in cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and gender-affirming practices. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can build a growth mindset and take intentional steps toward a more fulfilling life. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and empower you to move forward. If you’re ready to see if we’re the right fit, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to start your journey. Let’s work together to create a path toward the life you deserve!

I know that seeking out a therapist can be an intimidating venture, so I make it my priority within the first contacts to help the client feel relaxed and confident in my expertise to assist them while creating an environment of safety and trust where they can examine, experience and process their own thoughts, feelings, or anything that they deem important. As your therapist, I empathically listen while doing my best to answer any questions that may arise in therapy.

It is, in my opinion, very reasonable to be wary of beginning counseling. It's a brave move in the direction of your wellbeing and progress. Keep in mind that therapy is a secure, private setting where you may explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of rejection. It's not about being "broken," but rather about receiving insightful knowledge, practical skills, and encouragement to live a more contented life. Give it a go; you might be pleasantly surprised by the transformations it can effect. You deserve to feel your best, never forget that.
I am LaQuindra, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor at Eternal Bliss Holistic Therapy. I specialize in a unique blend of traditional therapy and holistic healing, inspired by my personal journey of spiritual growth. This transformative journey encouraged me to acquire an extensive range of certifications, including Life Coaching, Reiki Mastery, Crystal Healing, Hypnosis, and Chakra Balancing. I pride myself on creating a relaxing, friendly environment during my sessions, ensuring you'll feel as comfortable as you would while talking to a trusted friend. Whether you're grappling with trauma, battling depression, navigating relationships, or conquering anxiety, I am here to weather the storm with you. Together, you'll navigate through your struggles and reach the other end, stronger and more enlightened. I am committed to supporting you throughout your ongoing journey.
