I was born and bred in Kentucky and have been living in the great state of Florida since 2013. I decided to become a clinician due to my own personal experiences with abuse, feelings of unworthiness, anxiety, fear, self-hate, and low self-esteem. I found a way out of my dark tunnel and emerged into the light, and I want to show others how they can do the same! Empowerment comes from within, and it has been within you all along. My job is to help you bring it to the surface, flex those muscles, and realize how strong, resilient, and amazing you really are!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed psychotherapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Use a variety of approaches, such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients explore alternatives and make changes.

My education and most of my clinical training were completed in Florida. I am passionate about reducing the stigma associated with mental health and trauma. Over my 15-year career, I have worked extensively within the dependency and adult forensics systems and developed expertise in "not judging a book by its cover" and active listening. My counseling style includes behavior modification, solution-focused counseling, and coaching families through difficulties.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latinx/e clinical psychologist, licensed in NY and Florida. I trained in NYC under psychodynamic, trauma informed  and behavioral modalities. I approach the therapy space with compassion and authenticity to provide a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and sit with the discomfort of navigating painful experiences and emotional suffering.

Lisa Seid, LMFT, is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, stress, and trauma, particularly related to relationship and family issues (past or present) and the owner of Mindful Life Solutions llc. She is a Mindful Life enthusiast who takes a holistic approach towards helping and healing. Having undergone her own journey of self-discovery, Lisa has dedicated her life to teaching others how to break through limiting mindsets rooted in the past to manifest peace and happiness in their present. As a true advocate of healing (particularly regarding anxiety and trauma), she is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy), one of the foremost brain-based therapy models effective in treating trauma. It is her passion and mission to help others live a more Mindful Life, today.
