How do you work with clients with women's issues?
When working with clients experiencing women’s issues—such as identity shifts, motherhood, career pressures, relationships, trauma, or societal expectations—I take a holistic and supportive approach. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences, explore the impact of gender roles and cultural pressures, and reconnect with their strengths.
I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and interpersonal psychotherapy to address emotional challenges, while also focusing on self-compassion, empowerment, and boundary-setting. My goal is to help women not only process what they’ve been through, but also build the confidence and tools to live authentically and create balance in their lives.
