What's your approach to women's issues, and what does progress look like for clients?
I specialize in women's mental health, providing compassionate, evidence-based care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, hormonal mood changes, pregnancy, postpartum challenges, and life transitions. I work closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their needs and goals. Progress may include improved mood, reduced anxiety, healthier coping strategies, increased resilience, better daily functioning, and feeling more confident and supported through every stage of life. My goal is to help women feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a specialized focus on ADHD evaluation and treatment and women's mental health, including perinatal psychiatry. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout their mental health journey. I believe the best psychiatric care begins with genuine connection. I take time to understand each person's unique experiences, concerns, and goals, then develop personalized treatment plans that combine thoughtful medication management, education, and collaborative decision-making. Whether you're seeking answers about ADHD, navigating pregnancy or postpartum emotional changes, or managing anxiety, depression, or life transitions, I strive to make care approachable, accessible, and tailored to your needs. I am passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients and providing expert, compassionate care that helps them thrive in every stage of life.

Not interested in weekly sessions? I offer bespoke multi-hour intensives for clients looking for deep work which can lead to transformation. With uninterrupted time, you can dive deep into issues which have been holding you back. There is space to explore, release and move forward - without rushing or stopping early. Common topics women focus on: processing sexual assaults, war experiences, medical trauma, religious trauma, anger, guilt, and phobias. Modalities used: somatic tapping, brainspotting, flash, deep brain reorienting, IFS/Parts work, Schema work. Depending on client interests, in person sessions in Mobile, Alabama may also include using art supplies, exploring symbolism with oracle or tarot cards, incorporating movement with yoga, or going outside to walk in a park or at nearby beaches at the Gulf of Mexico. Many people fly in for therapy and combine it with a vacation. Intensives are a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 7 hours in one or more days. Many people will schedule a 4 hour morning session followed by an afternoon at the beach and repeat that for two or three days. Intensives can be during the weekday or on weekend. We will have one meeting before the intensive to clearly define your goals for the intensive. After the intensive, there will be a short follow up meeting to discuss the results of the intensive. All intensives are private pay. No superbill or diagnosis will be provided. A non-refundable deposit is required.
