I work with individuals who may have felt discouraged or unsuccessful in therapy before and are looking for a different kind of therapeutic experience. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, while also offering gentle challenge when old patterns are no longer serving you.
I support clients navigating complex trauma, single-event trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship and communication challenges, and struggles with self-worth. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful healing, and I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply understood, respected, and supported as they explore difficult experiences and build new ways of relating to themselves and others.
My work is trauma-informed and integrates somatic approaches, parts work, and Brainspotting to help clients process experiences not only cognitively, but also through the body and nervous system. I also have years of experience and training in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, which can offer a powerful, experiential path for clients seeking deeper emotional awareness, connection, and healing.Psychotherapy.
