I have worked with children, adolescents, & adults in individual, group, & family therapy settings, providing support and diagnostic clarification in areas such as anxiety, depression, & LGBTQ issues. I believe in a collaborative, relational approach to counseling, also often incorporating mindfulness practices and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
