What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
Free Consultation (15 minutes) This opportunity allows individuals to discuss their concerns or needs with me, providing a chance to determine if my services align with their requirements. During this consultation, patients can receive initial advice or guidance. This service is especially beneficial for those seeking a preliminary understanding of the suitability of my expertise. These consultations are conducted via telehealth. Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) During an initial visit, I conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation which includes a thorough review of the patient's medical history, a physical examination, and, if necessary, diagnostic tests. This process allows me to assess the patient's overall health, identify specific issues, and create a tailored treatment plan. These sessions are conducted via telehealth or in-person. Medication Management with Psychotherapy (50 minutes) I conduct a brief review of the patient's medical history, confirming the necessity of the medication refill, and issuing a new prescription as required. These appointments involve evaluating any side effects or concerns related to the medication and ensuring that the treatment plan aligns with the patient's needs. Both telehealth and in-person options are available. Follow-up Visit - Medication Management (20 minutes) Follow-up visits are essential to monitor the progress of a patient's treatment plan. During these sessions, I assess any new symptoms or concerns, ensuring that the treatment plan is yielding optimal health outcomes. These follow-up appointments are available through telehealth or in-person, providing a convenient option for my patients.
