What does a typical session with you tend to look like?
You will be invited to share your reasons for coming to therapy, some pertinent historical experiences and provide honest information to help me as your counselor to assess your situation. At a minimum you can expect to learn self-awareness, coping skills and boundaries. You will be provided with some homework(i.e. worksheets) to complete after a session. This homework is to aid you in achieving your goals. During your next session, you may share your progress, review your homework (i.e., worksheet) and address any areas where you may have become overwhelmed, anxious, frustrated, or stuck.
Dr. Beaulieu is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the States of Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. Hello! I'm Caitlin Hill, your dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a passion for empowering individuals and families to overcome life's challenges. With a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a rich background in psychology from Kent State University, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassionate care to my practice. My journey began in the military where I served as an active-duty officer, honing my leadership skills and learning the value of resilience. This experience has been instrumental in understanding the unique needs of military families, which I've addressed in professional conferences, highlighting virtual interventions for postpartum depression and anxiety among military spouses. I specialize in supporting adults with severe mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual, utilizing evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Solution-Focused Therapy. Whether you're a veteran seeking support or anyone looking to build healthier coping strategies, I'm here to guide you through your journey with empathy and expertise. Outside the counseling room, I have trained in EMDR therapy as well as Level 2 Natural Lifemanship for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy – because sometimes healing goes beyond traditional methods. Let's connect and start crafting your path to wellness together. Your story matters, and I'm here to listen.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
In our sessions, you'll find a calm, supportive space where you can be exactly who you are—without pressure, judgment, or pretense. My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. Whether we’re exploring emotions, building coping tools, unpacking past experiences, or clarifying your goals, our work together is paced with your comfort in mind. I blend evidence-based practices like [e.g., CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care] with a deeply human approach. That means we’ll focus not just on “what’s wrong,” but on what matters most to you—your values, strengths, and the life you want to build. Each session is a dialogue. I may gently challenge limiting beliefs or introduce strategies for self-care and emotional regulation, but always with respect for your voice and readiness. Some days will be heavy; others might bring lightness or insight. All of it is welcome. Therapy with me is less about fixing and more about becoming—more grounded, more free, more you.
Hi, I’m Sandra Williams—a licensed professional counselor committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s complexities. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply person-centered. I believe that therapy is not about “fixing” anyone, but about helping you uncover the strength and wisdom you already carry within. With a focus on creating a safe, affirming space, I work with adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re facing something new or carrying something long-standing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy with me is a place where you can exhale, explore, and grow. Let’s begin where you are—with openness, curiosity, and a shared commitment to your healing.

What do therapy sessions with you look like?
Therapy sessions with me involve creating a safe and comfortable environment, where we explore your emotions and challenges through an initial assessment and collaborative goal setting. Utilizing evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I help you identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and promote positive change, while providing ongoing reflection and resources to support your journey toward mental wellness and personal growth.
Hello! I'm Jane Park, a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist with licenses in Washington, California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Texas, Delaware, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Indiana. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Clinical Psychology from UC San Diego. With over five years of experience, I provide compassionate mental health services to primarily individuals. Currently, I work part-time with Meru Health and have opened up my private practice to see clients in Washington. Previously, I served as a Medical Case Manager and Acute Therapist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, helping patients navigate complex social and medical challenges. I also have a huge interest in food service and have worked at several bakeries, kitchens, and even as a barista. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about supporting people who are at a crossroads for change. It takes a lot of courage and vulnerability to strive for this change in mental health and I hope to support clients in providing a safe and empathetic space to explore some of these areas for growth and change. Shame is one of the greatest barriers to change, and I hope that we can compassionately and nonjudgmentally speak about these areas for growth and I will be right alongside with you in your journey! I believe in using evidence-based practices to foster recovery and well-being and use cognitive behavioral therapy, drawing patterns between situations triggering thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I love to explore the values, beliefs, and experiences that create a person's worldview and interaction with others so that they can be empowered to make informed choices. I am fluent in English and conversational in Korean. I'm here to help you navigate life's challenges with care and expertise. Let's work together to achieve your mental health goals. *Specialties •Mental Health *Conditions treated •Depression •Anxiety •PTSD •Relationship issues •Trauma •Mood disorders •Stress •Codependency •Coping Skills •Family Conflict •Life Transitions •Self Esteem •ADD/ADHD *Treatment philosophy I believe that in this busy world with life's responsibilities, mental health and emotions often get overlooked, but with neglecting one's emotions, they build up and can even worsen! In the session, you will be slowing down to connect with these emotions, while exploring what thoughts and beliefs fuel your behaviors. I will create a safe space for you to reflect on stress points, and find a way to break out of these triggering situations that can feel like relentless cycles. *Treatment approach •Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) •Culturally Sensitive •Eclectic •Humanistic •Trauma-Focused •Person-Focused
